Morph was a having a sleepless night, a truly rare occurrence with him. He rolled over again, facing the window. Judging by the grey light, it was nearing dawn. Scrunching up his face in mild exhaustion, he pulled himself out of bed and donned a random shirt, pulling it down over his head. Shaking his head slightly to get all his hair out from the collar of his shirt, Morph exchanged his pajamas for jeans, slipping them on quietly. Ara dozed behind him, her breathing the only sound in the room apart from the odd rustle as he moved about as silently as he could. He decided to take his new guitar today, and try it out away from the University and his sleeping love. He had bought an electrical guitar and a backpack amp on an impulse and but he hadn’t had a chance to play it much yet. Slipping the amp into a day pack, he grabbed the guitar and the necessary cables, packing everything carefully. Leaving a note telling Ara he had gone out, he eased open the door and padded out into the world, grabbing his Jo from its place just inside the door on his way out. The University was quiet, so he decided to trek over the Plaza and marketplace beyond. The stalls would probably open by the time he got there and maybe he could snag something for Ara and himself as he wandered about to find a place to play. His feet carried him in the right direction and soon the sounds of the marketplace filled the air as the sky lightened today. Soon, though, he had passed the marketplace, and was moving in the direction of Mansion, not really walking with a purpose, but out of a kind of nostalgia; a throwback to the endless wanderings he had done before he had found his love and his place in the world. And soon he had passed the Mansion, too, into places growing steadily unfamiliar, walking with a quiet song in his head. A casino dominated this area of Ikebukuro, and he headed down an alley and up a fire escape, his final destinations the roofs above. Reaching the top, he took off his pack, taking out the amp and guitar and setting everything up. AS he stood there, guitar pick hovering over the strings and amp on and ready to go, he marveled quietly at the amount of noise he was about to make. Smirking slightly, he began to play. Denali had needed to get out of the casino for a while. She was huge, they all looked at her and she heard them whisper of her inability to raise children...and she was scared of that. She didn't know what she was supposed to do but she was going to try. This was her mistake and as much as she liked to gamble and drink and sleep around...maybe she should always be more careful. With kittens she would have something sharing her bed with her. And wouldn't have time to have someone else coming over. She rubbed her swollen belly and sighed. There had to be at least three in there. She kept feeling 12 different sets of feet kicking her all the time. For a while it had felt like another one was there but she hadn't felt more then the 12 in a while so she thought they might have just moved. She sighed and sipped her Apple juice. Apple juice and Rice, and sometimes if she found it a nice fat rat, were all she was ever in the mood for. She had had so much apple juice she was sure that her kids would be made of it. She sighed and leaned back and closed her eyes enjoying the early morning sunlight as she felt it slowly creep over her feet, legs and then onto her stomach. She lay there and felt the kittens move more as her stomach warmed in the sunlight. She made a face as one got her kidney and opened her eyes. She heard music starting someplace. It was pretty close so she turned her head and looked around for its source. "Hello? Whos playing over there?" she asked, too large and sore to get up and find it herself.

Morph opened his eyes and looked around, putting a hand on the strings to silence them. He had heard someone’s voice, but he hadn’t seen anyone else on the rooftop. Taking off his guitar, he set it down by the amp and turned the small speaker off and straightened up, looking around for who could have spoken. He couldn’t see anyone, but about half of the neighboring rooftops were currently blocked from his view. So he picked up his Jo and started walking around the roof, looking for the speaker. On the rooftop behind him, blocked from his view by a large metal vent was a female, a Snowshoe by the looks of her, and also pretty far along judging by the size of her stomach. “I’m sorry!” Morph called over to her, smiling apologetically. “I didn’t mean to disturb you. I didn’t know anyone else was up here.” Shading his eyes to gaze over at her, Morph didn’t really recognize her, but then again, he didn’t really recognize much else in this area.

Denali looked up as she heard the male who had been playing get closer. She smiled at him and shook her head. "Oh i don't mind at all. I love that song actually. Its just my kind of music. What brings you here? I don't think i've seen anyone that looks like you around here before. Ma name is Denali, i own the casino over there and am the master of the Casino Royal territory." She said with a smile as she patted the spot next to her and smiled. "Please come sit. We'll talk if you want to talk to me." she said with a smile as she rubbed her tummy as they got active cause it was getting warmer and warmer.
