Jutsu/Techniques
Ninjutsu: Kigurakure no Jutsu: Hidden Mist Jutsu. Creates a thick mist to hide in. Good for hiding in cover or sneak attacks.
Chakra no Mesu: Chakra Scalpel. Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood veseels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible.
Shousen Jutsu; Mystical Hand Technique. Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the ninja is highly skilled, they are able to heal more critical injuries.
Shujutsushitsu no Jutsu: Surgical Ninjutsu. The user uses healing chakra to preform medical needs on or off the battlefield.
Suiton Suiryuudan no Jutsu: Water Type- Water Dragon Blast. Creates a large dragon shape formed from a large amount of spinning water. The dragon form is sent towards your opponent for a powerful attack.
Raiton: Shichū Shibari; Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. Four giant pillars are summoned or created, whence then shoot bolts of lightning, binding the target in place and possibly doing damage to them.
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu: Shadow Clone technique. Creates a clone that can attack opponents. Will disappear in one hit.
Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Summoning technique. Mizuni draws blood and proceeds to summon her contracted allies: various felines of many different sizes.
Genjutsu: Nehan Shōja no Jutsu: Temple of Nirvana Technique. The user puts people to sleep, using falling feathers as a distraction. However, experienced ninjas have time to dispel it.
Hana Ninpō: Kyōka Sai; Flower Ninja Art : Maximum Cutting. The user will cast an illusion which surrounds the target in flower petals and darken the surroundings around them.
Hanachiri Nuko: When trapped inside of a genjutsu or wishing to appear trapped, the user uses this jutsu to dissolve her body into many flower petals which then consume their enemy's body.
Magen: Jubaku Satsu; Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death. With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear, allowing them to approach their target unnoticed. Once completed, a tree and roots will grow at the target's feet and restrict their movements. Once the opponent believes that they are captured, the user can then appear above their opponent from the tree's trunk and attack the target.
Raigen Raikōchū: Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar. This genjutsu blinds the enemy with an extremely bright light that appears to emanate from the user.
Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu; Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique. This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in.
Taijutsu: Studies Varma Ati, or striking the pressure points. Due to her medical knowledge, she's quite good at not killing opponents with Taijutsu.
Fuuinjutsu: Bijuu Attachment: This unnamed Fuuinjutsu technique sealed the Hachibi Bijuu into its container pot. Because none of the Kumo Jinchuuriki could control the Hachibi, they lost control of the beast and it went on rampages. During these incidents, Sandaime Raikage and elite fighters would subdue the beast enough for it to be sealed away in the container pot. When this process was carried out, the Bijuu was removed from the host body, ending the host's life.

Bio/History: Mizuni was born and raised in Kumarokuge, training along with the other genin. However, certain teachers noticed her amazing chakra control and realized she was a natural when it came to chakra control. They immediately shifted her from basic genin studies into medical techniques. The teacher's guess was correct: She was a natural healer-nin. She blazed through the basic medical ninjutsu training, advancing to being one of the top five medical nin in the village. When she turned twenty-six, the previous Raikage had passed on due to old age, and there was need for a new one. Mizuni immediately offered to take the position, and was barely accepted into the position. She quickly ushered in new rules to push for more medical-nins to be trained better, as well as attempted to reach out to other nations to trade for certain things the Village Hidden in the Clouds.

Kekkei Genkai Effect: Allows one to see the life force of an opponent as well as their chakra signature. It also enhances one's ability to predict an opponent's movements

Kekkei Genkai Jutsu/Techniques: Shinkougan: The user's eyes glow red, allowing them a penetrating vision, a sight into the chakra network similar to the Byakugan. However, the range of the Shinkougan is limited compared to the Byakugan, as it doesn't cover the nearly full 360 degrees view. However, it can sense life force, something the Byakugan lacks. It also can read an opponents moves, similar to the Sharingan, but once again, it isn't as fast or as powerful as the previously mentioned doujutsu.

Ninjutsu: Mizurappa - Violent Water Wave: Shoots a wave of water at the foe.
Reppushou - Gale Wind Palm: Fires a blast of wind at an opponent. If used at on a thrown weapon, it can increase its deadliness and speed.
Suigadan - Water Fang Projectile: Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.
Suijinheki - Water Encampment Wall: Suijinheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.
Suiryuudan no Jutsu - Water Dragon Projectile Technique: Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.
Mizu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Shadow Clone Technique: The user creates a shadow clone out of water.
Bunshin Bakuha - Shadow Clone Explosion: Hana creates a shadow clone, but is able to detonate it like a bomb, creating a huge explosion.
Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique: Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist ninja. The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.
Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough: Daitoppa is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After bringing his hand to his mouth, Orochimaru will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way.
Daibakufu no Jutsu - Grand Waterfall Technique: Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.
Fukumi Hari - Hidden Needles: The user is able to call forth needles into her mouth and then spit them at her opponent with great accuracy.
Baku Suishouha - Bursting Water Collision Waves: Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel water from their gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. The user can control the water by riding on top of the waves.
Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Jutsu: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
Genjutsu: Magen • Jigoku Gouka no Jutsu - Demonic Illusion • Hell Fire Technique: Magen • Jigoku Gouka no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a vision of fire. After Yoroi forms the needed handseals, a huge ball of fire will descend from the sky to envelope his target. The victims of the genjutsu will believe they are being engulfed by a torrent of fire and flee their location for safety.
Nehan Shouja no Jutsu - Temple of Nirvana Technique: Nehan Shouja no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that allows the caster to place a large body of people into a unconscious state. The target can avoid the spell by forming and using the dispel skill.

Bio/History: Her past is very hazed, not much is disclosed. All that is known is that the current Mizukage took her on as a student, training her in the art of ninjutsu and the blade. She now serves as one of the Legendary Seven Swordsman of the Mist.
