Here's my story.
It was last year, just about..
I had my grandmother over at my mom's house. Gramma said the hallway needed decorated. I didn't remember it, but my mother had trapped an evil spirit inside a mirror, which was placed on the back porch. Gramma, who doesn't believe in spirits or witchcraft, took the mirror and out it in the hallway.
That night, I sat on my bed, restless, and waited for sleeo to come to my eyelids. At some point, I think it was midnight, I sat up and saw it... like a cloud of black smoke, it wafted around the mirror and seemed to glare at me without eyes. I screamed and woke up my mother and my gramma. I felt so embarrassed...
but theb I said "mom, it's back!" and suddenly the only person who thought I was insane was my gramma!

 I don't have any crazy stories and I'm terrified of ghosts and anything like that, but I finally saw my mom's cat the one time I was vsiting home (she was a beautiful girl who mothered my siblings and I). My younger sister was used to seeing her (I'm a big baby) and I really wanted to, but didn't want to alone, so she sat around with me until she came out.
We saw her eventually and I wasn't as scared as I thought I'd be.
Oddly enough she didn't come out for my sister until she decided she was ready to see her as well.
My fiance on the other hand remembers one time when he was sleeping in his parent's bed, he woke up and turned over to see a figure lying down as if it was sleeping in a bed beside where his parents' bed was.
