He glimpsed upwards as Renashu entered the office, awaiting for him to make his already anticipated request. He was rather quick to the point and he appreciated it as time was of the essence and could not be wasted skirting around the topic. "Unfortunately many of the ranked members are on mission. I can simply say that you should proceed to our training grounds and I'm certain you will find a willing partner to aid you, potentially myself." He could not guarantee his presence to aid in training, but by mentioning his name he certainly could bring hope towards the young shinigami who only sought to improve.

He pondered over whether or not he should leave his duties for the present moment to engage in a bit of field work. His decision came to him surprisingly fast as he simply looked at the fundamental ideology he used within his capacity as sou-taicho. He only sought out the position originally in order to treat everyone as equals and show how doing so would make the world a better place. If a ranked shinigami had asked him to seek out a training partner when none was avail he would have gone himself, so why not in this circumstance? There was of course no reasoning as to why he shouldn't and that would be why his papers would lay dormant upon his desk for the next hour. He stood up once more and proceeded outside of the cavern he called an office, to seek the glowing light that exuded itself from a shinigami eager to grow.
