Well, with Thanksgiving less than 2 weeks away (U.S.) and Winter holidays are coming up soon, what are your plans?
My mom, dad, brother and sister are going down to Arizona to visit my first younger sis, my new nephew, and my sisters guy for Thanksgiving. Toboe and I would go, but we can't afford it, and niether can koopabrat and her family. so, we're just going to spend it here.
Then for X-mas, My sis, nephew, and bf are coming here along with toboe's parents. I haven't seen my sis in months, so it'll be nice to see her and her fam again ^.^

I don't really look forward to the holidays because mostly... I'm the only one in the kitchen cooking for about 10 people. All the side dishes. That huge turkey. Moi. Dessert too. Not that I don't enjoy making food for people (because I love watching them eat and love my cooking). I just get SO tired after all that cooking, that I end up not enjoying the fact that my family is here for a day spending time with me (the only time we ever do get to spend together). *sighs*
If I could freaking buy the stuff or something. Or if I had some help in the kitchen, I would love the holidays. (But family loves my cooking too much.) LOL

Bah, i'll have exams till the 22nd of december AT LEAST. After that i'll go home for a while to visit family and friends.

spending it here at home like always (we used to go up north every other year, switching with Thanksgiving, but the fender bender that put our van out of commission while heading up there a couple years ago made my dad decide that we aren't going up there when it's the middle of winter anymore). not sure which relatives are coming to visit and when, but my aunt's coming by this week, and she, grandma, mom and i are all going shopping XD i don't normally like big shopping trips like this, but i enjoy going because i never know what i might find or whatever. and it's a decent change because, well, i never go on such trips.
ah, i can't wait until Christmas |D my mom will have baked a whole bunch of her traditional treats, and i'll be drinking apple cider (no alcohol), and i'll probably be in at least 2 layers of clothing because i don't adjust to the cold well (it takes me longer to get used to colder temperatures, even a few degrees, than it does with warmer temperatures), and generally likely be in a pleasant mood |3 i like the Christmas season.

Yay Turkey sammiches!!
Cause my folks are going to Arizona, my bro-in-law wants to make lamb! Last time we tried having lamb, my mom charred it xp Same as with the marshmellow yams last year... that was funny!!! it was a freakin 3 ft of flame when it came out of the oven! xd

Stuck in Wisconsin for Thanksgiving, and I go back to New York (finally!) December 16th. I plan on partying, partying, partying, and, oh yeah, having a job. I guess. Haha. I was lucky enough to get one over break. Yay!

I'm hoping my entire dad's side of the family will get together for Thanksgiving. Last year, after my grandmother died, my aunt just wanted her family. I'm wasn't happy, but then again I'm Little Miss Don't Break Tradition.
On my mom's side, we'll go over to my Memaw's Thanksgiving night.
It'll be pretty much the same for Christmas. I'm just looking forward to the break from school. ._.

Oh geez, Thanksgiving is so up in the air right now for us.
First it was because we decided to have it here (our apt) but my oven's
bake element messed up. A new one was finally bought and being delivered
here soon. But now we don't know who's cooking or coming. D's mom might
make a turkey if she gets on for free. If not, we make individual cornish hens.
And it may just be the 3 of us, his mom, and his sister. We invited my sisters
in NY but I don't think they're gonna make it. And our friends have plans too.
