i plan to be a cryptozoologist when i can strike it out on my own... im determined that dragons exist or have existed at some time, they're just too similar across different cultures...
i think that alchemy should be included in the metaphysics catagory... it is a branch of natural philosophy as it is the pursuit of "God's" work on bringing things to life (philosophers stone, homunculi, etc) and some of the features that make alchemy have recently been proven with modern scientific techniques.
