Aidan was filled with both excitement and nervousness as he lead an infant alongside him. He'd found her sleeping in a bit of grass hidden under a tall tree. She had looked up at him and called him Daddy...Now as she waddled next to him, he licked the top of her head and lifted her to his back, his monkey MoMo helping her hang onto his mane. "Almost there sweetheart..."
Aislin waddled alongside the big lion that had found her. It was so blurry, but she knew her parents couldn't be with her anymore. When he had found her, she held onto his big paw and never wanted to let go. She didn't want to be alone again. A happy mew left her as she was lifted to his back. The monkey helped her grip the big green mane so she wouldn't fall.

Ozzie was lounging beneath a large tree, not far from a slightly hidden cave mouth in the side of a small cliff. There was a partially cleaned carcass not far away, the remnants of their afternoon meal. She had dozed off, and when she had awoken, Aidan was gone. Ozzie hadn't felt the motivation or obligation to move, since hunting would be her only necessary activity at that point, and since that was taken care of...

Aidan stopped short as he spotted his mate, apprehention setting in. "Stay right here..." Lifts the infant off and places her on a soft bit of grass, hidden from the cave's view. "..and MoMo will watch you. I'll be right back..." Lets the monkey down who then cuddles up to the baby. Takes a deep breathe and heads for Ozzie. "Hey uh...I need to talk to you about something..."
Aislin squirms, not wanting to be put down, but relaxes when Aidan speaks and cuddles up to the monkey as it's long arms wrap around her. "Okay...I'll be here..." Watches through the bushes, spotting a lioness and wondering who she is. "...my..Mama...?"
