i would rate it 4/5 and umbreon is better wtih payback than faint attack, and for your raichu if it has a a choice scarf why does it have endure??? you need a salac berry so when u endure a hit to 1 hp salac berry activates ur speed go up by 1.5 (just like a choice scarf) so u can outrun almost anything unless they have a scizor or someone with a attack that goes first. -Is this team for competitive play, or in-game?
-EV spreads? Are you going to use them?
-Natures?

Yeah that would be kinda not cool - if you tried to use encore with choice scarf on XD lol

*edit oops o////o i feel silly it was endure not encore XD took me a while to notice that mistake - that would be my dyslexia kicking in
