the darkrai one was like the dialga quest and the manaphy and riolu quests let you send them to your actual pokemon game. the riolu knew aura sphere.

i got the lettr but im 2 lazy 2 do it right now, cause I got one from a guy that gave it to me for my groundon (but the shaymin was SHINY!!) and I am going to give ot the best moveset possible 4 it after my research is done. Im also wrkin on the eeveelutions in oldschool 8-bit form in my really really crappy version of paint.
