In the Chicago Bears loss last night to the Green Bay Packers, they lost something more than just pride, Star, all-pro Linebacker Brian Urlacher's season is most likely over due to a dislocated bone in his wrist which needed to be surgically repaired this morning.
So far the Bears have been mum on the subject, but are expecting to make a public announcement soon on the matter.
This is a major blow to Bears fans, and to myself since I had predicted the Bears making it to the Superbowl this year... Just my rotten luck.

Yep, Urlacher's season is over for the Bears.
...I didn't even predict the Bears to make the playoffs though. Yes, they are set at QB and RB. But they are shallow at WR, their offensive line is shaky, and their defense is losing steam. But I think their decline really started when they decided that Hester would not return kickoffs anymore...

That was unexpected for me. It is a major hurt on the Bears. I do hope he does get to play again, it sucks to sit out for a whole season.

It's too bad his season is over though. he hasnt missed too many games in his career and this could hurt the Bears playoff chanches(no matter how small).
