Another option would be to go with Goats Milk Cheese, or Cheese made with other things then Regular Milk Products. My son who is now 21 years old went through the same thing you are going through with your daughter. Except back then the doctor ordered me to do everything wtih soy instead of milk and he became soy intolerant also.. It ended up becomeing so bad that he had to be taken off breast milk and be fed a special formula called PreGestimeal, back then it was only available via prescription and it was a pre digested non milk, non soy baby formula. It was very challenging especially when he became a toddler and needed more then just forumla to live.

I have discovered that I like rice milk. I don't like soy milk though. It leaves a weird aftertaste.
I have tried Italian Ice and it's really yummy. I especially like lemon. It's very refreshing.
Merry Christmas everyone!

Have you tried organic beef and milk. I get really really sick and have found that i have had to take pork, chicken, and beef out of my diet leaving me basically with meatwise fish. So basically a vegetrain here. What I have found though is that replacing the meat with tofu which has a higher protein level than meat in any case (remember meat is basically water and rotting flesh) works out. If she cant handle tofu in India they make meal maker and it is a great subsitute as well. You would be surprised how many true vegan recipes that taste wonderful are out there as well. Take all the meat out and milk and you can still have a wonderful selection of recipes. I will be happy to look up a few this coming week that i have had and love. One suggestion is an Indian meal (meaning from India) The meal consist of a balloon bread called Poori (consist of no dairy) and a potato masa (consist of no dairy) Plus have you tried goat milk or soy milk. I am not sure if they would work but it is worth a try. Oh by the way tell her she is not alone. There are more and more of us popping up that can not handle meat in our diets. I am one of them, though i try a bite now and than to help my husband find away to turn a dish vegetrain, I dont take more than a small bite in those cases. I have read an article or two as well and found out that this is a case that is going on in North America and nowhere else. This leads me to beleive that it has something to do with all the junk they drugs and steriods that are being placed in our animals today. Cause those that have tried organic meat or game that have this case can handle it. I will try to find some information again on this subject and send it to you. Sincerly Lady Dark Moon Strom
