Intro A group of FBI agents and also a group of people with special 'gifts' have to fight a town full of revenge thirsty ghosts. The downside: the town is fully populated by humans who have no idea what's going on. The idea is: Get rid of the ghosts, don't let the town know. Backstory: The city of Loaro was once prosperous, and one of the most modern cities in the USA. In the years 1870-1892, a copper mine was the city's largest resource. In the year 1893, several mines collapsed, and hundreds died. Many people wanted to leave, but they were forced to stay and operate the last two mines, so the city could return to its former state of beauty.
So, thirty people, consisting of ten men, eleven women, and nine children, were working in two very dangerous copper mines. The nine children were tired of the working life, and told the adults. The only man who wasn't working suffered a strange accident, and was buried in one of the mines. Afterwards, when everybody was gathered in the mines for their last church meeting, a support post was cut down, as planned.
Now, in the year 2009, the city of Loaro has been repopulated, but the accident rate is very high. Just last week, several people died of myseterious causes, and the local police couldn't do anything about it. It seemed to be just a simple accident, but these were accidents people all over the world survived, yet the people of Loaro seemed to have very bad luck.
After over seventy people died, the FBI were called in, as well as some other people, who had either a psionic ability, or some other gift that could help with the investigation, and they have been undercover, underground, trying to figure out just what the hell is going on in Loaro city. Rules
1) Literacy is wonderful. And required. 2) No OOC (Out Of Character) conversations longer than two posts per person. 3) PM or post the charrie descriptions. 4) Unless someone says you can, or it says in the description, *Expendable* no killing. Very bad. 5) When you add a charrie, you can have two non-expendables, and up to three expendables, but please, keep it simple. 6) Loaro is populated, please keep this in mind. You have to be secret, and try not to let the town know the FBI's new pet project. 7) Respect the creator of this Rp, and all moderators.

Since I bet you're wondering, the *Expendable* not only means that you can kill them, it also means that anyone can control and RP this charrie.
If you want to use any assets they might have, you might not want to kill them, until you don't need them any more. No need for pictures, I don't really care about those. If the character is expendale, say so, in red, with asteriks(*) on either side. I'm a major stickler for this stuff, military will do that for you.

Very into reincarnation, and she hates people who are psychic. *Expendable* Jynx the Fool Name: Jynx Rulari Age: 17 Sex: Female Appearence: Long black hair, eyes that change color(according to mood), short, slim, and athletic. Weapons: Two daggers hidden in her boots, and her hairpin, which she coats with neurotoxin. Powers: Small psionic abilities. (i.e.: She can form small orbs of energy, varying strength, depending on mood) She is also psychic. Fear: She is deathly afraid of gold. Strength: Her temper, which makes all her powers boost. She was also in track since the fifth grade, and is an amazingly fast runner, holding a speed of about 10mph for about ten minutes. Weakness: She cannot control her temper, and is easily angered. With many relatives insane, any commetn about her family sets her off, and she will attack. Mini Bio: Attending high school, she was kidnapped by a drug lord who had something to prove against her father, she used her psionic abilities to escape. After she killed the drug lord, she fled to Arizona, where an FBI representative met her, and asked her to join them. She did so gladly, and ended up in Loaro with her worst enemy, Lucy. Misc: She knows poison and medication better than anybody in a hospital, and is the team medic. She can use virtually any plant to mend illnesses, or broken bones. Shading her eyes, Jynx stepped off the bus. Lucy following her, she went to her new house. "Oh God, how did I end up in Texas? In summer? I was perfectly fine up in Maine," she ranted under her breath. Being bored, she probed Lucy's thoughts, and snorted. Lucy was thinking what type of princess she was in her former life. Again. Grabbing the key, Jynx opened the door, and immediately went to the largest room. Seeing it was set to her specifications, she smiled, and unpacked.
