Well to lay it out flat it's so hard to find reproduction Victorian footwear that could actually PASS as being vintage Victorian. I found my old pair (AT GOODWILL!((Also where I found my post civil war ballroom gown))) almost a year ago and those poor things have been worn thin. Granted my mom keeps asking how I could wear those shoes all the time cause they look so darn uncomfortable. Now I was wondering if any of you would know where a girl might look to replace these sad old things with a fresh pair.

Below is a link that leads to a lovely collection of other links that lead to lots of beautiful Victorian footwear:

Here they be.

That's rather annoying... I seem to have misplaced a certain card I'd acquired. It belongs to someone who hand crafts the most gorgeous Victorian shoes, among other things, £80 is the cost of the pair I want... I'll have to have a proper rummage around.

Anyway, xxrackellaxx's link has some pretty funky looking shoes so I think you're covered. :]

@ xxrackellaxx link: OMG, they are so beautiful, especially the pair on the top right and the one under it.

I don't know about replacement shoes, but where I live one can still find a cobbler to do repairs. You might check to see if such services are available in your area.

The only issue would be the fact that they're authentic victorians and probably not a lot of people can repair those

You never know until you inquire, dear. It might even work out less expensive for your toget them repaired.
Then again, it might work out to be an extortionate price, but what can one do?

If I wanna save them I'll just have to hope someone still knows how to fix those ._.
