Pick your favorite bad team from last year that has a chance to make a rebound from their record last year. I'll choose my favorite team, Seattle.

With the pickups of T.J Houshmanzadeh, Aaron Curry, Max Unger and Ken Lucas, and the healed injuries of many of their key players like Matt Hasselbeck and Deion Branch, they have repaired a team plagued by injuries last year. they bring to the game this year one of the top 5 linebacking corps in the with Lofa Tatupu, Leroy Hill and Aaron Curry, a strong pass game and a good secondary with Ken Lucas and Marcus Trufant, Deon Grant bringing some hard hits. My prediction for the Seattle Seahawks record is 10-6.

The two teams I say will have a rebound will be the Seattle Seahawks and the Detroit Lions. Seehawks picked up two of the most outstanding atheletes in sports, so I think they will go 10-6. As for the Lions, ehh, they are still gonna be really bad, but I see them rebounding back from the 0-16 record they had last year.

I honestly think that the Redskins would make that rebound and suprise a lot of people. Was taking it pretty safe in my power rankings, but if the Redskins do play to their potential, not only would they make the whole NFC get into a whole world of trouble, but they could potentially do that with the rest of the NFC

DA BEARS. With Jay Cutler behind center,I think they'll do well and win at least the NFC north.

they will be good like usual, but I dont think they will be able to win the North. They have to contend with the Vikings. Bears have to hope beyond hope that the Vikes fall behind early in the season in order to have any chance of winning the North.

Time to throw in my two cents.

1. Cleveland Brown- I know most people will call me crazy on this one. But I'm willing to bet the Browns will rebound based on two principles. A. Eric Mangini. First year in N.Y. he took the Jets from being a bad team into the playoffs, having winning records two out of the three years he was there, would have gone into the playoffs last season if it wasn't for a late season melt down. B. This team was two seasons removed from being a 10-6 team with one of the best passing attacks in the league. Last year they struggled on offense, but I believe one of their QB's will break out and have a good year and secure their right as starting QB of that franchise. Not claiming they will be a playoff team, but I can see them rebounding and playing more like the team they were two years ago than the team they were last season.

2. San Francisco 49ers- 6 years of loosing records and missing the playoffs, this team from a late season burst last year has the pieces to make a run for the NFC west title and make it back into the playoffs in a relatively week NFC West division. If Singletary can pull together a solid whole season like the 49ers played in the second half of last year, look for them to finish over .500 and at least push for a wild card birth.

3. Houston Texans- Not really a rebound but a breakthrough year. This team has finished 8-8 the last two seasons, eagerly waiting for their first winning season as a franchise, and have the players and personel do do so. The AFC South will still be tough, but I don't see it being nearly as difficult as it was in the last two to three seasons. Keep an eye on this franchise, they may just suprise some people.

4. Detroit Lions- Lets face it, finishing 0-16 they have nowhere to go but up. Don't look to them being this season's Miami Dolphins, but even if they finish 2-14 or 3-13, that is a sign of this team rebounding and improving.

5. New Orleans Saints- This team has playoffs written all over it... if only they can put together a decent Defense. Going into the off season with on of the top offenses in the league, they know their D was their main priority. I see Carolina falling out of playoff contention while the Saints and Falcons battle it out for the NFC South title.

Not claiming I'm right, but this is what I expect to see in the up coming season.

I think Detroit is gonna be the surprise this year they have everything it takes to make a winning team. In my mind i think they should go at least 8 and 8

If they play and suprise people, they will go 9-7 optimistically. But that is only because teams in the first 4-5 weeks will take them lightly. They most likely though will end up with 4 or 5 wins.

I'll pick the Texans. They may sneak into the playoffs if all falls into place.

Seattle should also post a major improvement from last year's debacle.

I suspect the Chiefs will be improved also.

The Lions will win at least one game. That's an improvement. smile

If you look at my power rankings, you would see where I had put the Texans. Pretty decent if you ask me.

100 % certain the Lions will rebound. All they have to do is win one game xd .

I think San Fran will improve too this year.

Basically if any teams wins two games more than last year, they could be considered rebound teams in the eyes of their fans.
