I guess you need a square baking dish, well oiled. Make pizza dough (my daughter loved to do this part when she was younger and had a kids cook book with the recipe). Line bottom of square baking dish with pizza dough when it's ready. Add toppings and bake on high oven 400-425F. When dough starts to brown around the edges and the cheese on top is just turning brown in spots, take out and serve! biggrin

I like pizza potatoes. Basically, you take a baked potato, salt and pepper it, put butter on it then mozarella cheese, top it with sliced pepperoni and some chives, and viola!

Another shortcut for those with kids, is take a tin of baking biscuits and lay them out in a baking pan or cookie sheet, and push down on them until all the edges meet and it goes out to the sides. place pizza toppings and cheese and sauce down and bake 8-10 minutes....at 350 degrees
