not sure if you have a better subforum for me to post this in, but.....
I'm working ok a blind mag costume, and i'm having trouble with the eyes.
I know Mag's official contacts are handmade from an fx site and theyre called fantasia, etc....but....alternatives?
A lot of people have suggested the "zoomin" by wild eyes, but it looks different in two ways.....

the dark blue version in the one on their site, but it isnt an actual photograph....
Alternately, I found a completely different kind that still have the pinwheel-ish design, only these are gray (since in the movie, her eyes look somewhere between blue and white): http://www.fashion-contactlenses.com/body-snatcher-contact-lenses-1351-0.html

For the first one can you ask for a special specific color?
Also, be warned: with these types of contacts it is very hard to see out of them.

yeah....i already have a couple kinds of colored contacts, so I know how the visibility is reduced....i don't think you can specify the color of the wold eyes zoomin ones, but i'm not sure....

I say "zoomin" is the best. And good luck with your costume! I've wanted to cosplay as Blind Mag at some point, but I can't wear colored contacts (I have astigmatism and a really strong prescription...) . But I am working to be Pavi once I figure out how to get the face effect without suffocating myself or spending a fortune.

I think the color looks better in the first one, though both seem a little off...I'd go with "zoomin".
I'm hoping to start a Graverobber costume, myself.

I think the first one looks better. :/ I mean, it looks like a real pinwheel design. The second just looks like lines coming out from the center of a circle... And the color is weird.
