Hey, I am Dr. Points and I need some help on making a pair of headphones look steampunk like for a costume. should I go with basic as i can or complex style? Can anyone give ideas? Or blueprints for a airship. The last one would be awesome too.

A lot of the headphone mods that I've seen are WWII era ones that have been modified to house iPod earbuds. There was a thread about it around here somewhere, but it may be in either of the Shopping or Fabrication Districts, I'm don't recall.
I would suggest, if you could find some, a headset with headphones and a mouthpiece. Using some copper or brass tones paint would give it an older look, as would some bits of black. If you're scrapped for ideas, just wander around the threads. Aging is the same basic technique for most things we've worked with around here.

OF COURSE! At first I was thinking, "How could there be Steampunk headphones"? ...I obviously completely forgot about telegraphs.
