Hey guys! How's things been? Anyways, I'm here to rant about a little decision my Vikings made.
...Sage Rosenfels.
I'm sure I'm not the only one that's a little bit disturbed at this decision. I mean, if we wanted an old QB, we could've at least picked up Jeff Garcia, but nah, Sage...yeah he's definately the answer. Haha, oh well. And we were in the mix for Cutler, which probably would've put us in super bowl contention, easily. But we cut that one off. Now I'm not 100% sure what was involved in that deal though, so I'm not too upset. Plus, Cutler's a locker room cancer.
I just wish Tarvaris could click for more than a 2-game stretch. He's shown brilliance quite a few times...but others, he can hardly complete a pass. Who knows, maybe Sage will be great and I'm upset over nothing, let me know your opinions on it...I just would rather have Garcia or maybe even Cutler.
And I missed you guys haha, gotta love how life gets in the way of everything.

I can understand your trepidation about Rosenfels, but give him a chance. Sometimes it is just the situation that can mean everything.

The move was good, but not great.
Adding Rosenfels to the Vikings creates a bit more competition at the QB position. Jackson, Frerotte, and Booty are decent, so Rosenfels will have the upper hand in winning the starting job.
But they still could have tried to get Cassel, signed a free agent QB, or drafted a QB. They could also possibly try to get Cutler from the Broncos.
