Before the Exam opens the Kages will edit the "Roster" topic and add the genin they want entered.
The Chunin exams will run for no more than 2 weeks real time. (So go quick!)
If you are in the exam, you're character can only post in exam.
A topic called "Round 1" will open and you can post in there.
If you are not active in the round (example 2 people are fighting) keep side comments to a minimum.
At the end of the Round we will post people who are eliminated.
Topics called "Round 2" and "Round 3" will open and close when they are done.
When its over the Kages will post in the Kage's booth saying who they would promote and why. (Not "I promote this kid 'cause he's good." but an actual reason.)
All posts will be deleted by staff afterward except for the Kage's booth.
Within 2 months the exam will open up again.
There may be NPC characters to fill in spots.
