Speaking about english patches, I've seen people talking about the dialogues on UFO randomly on the net, but, is there anywhere to read the dialogue in english? =0

There's the Touhou WIki for that.

Yeah but I haven't been able to find the UFO script at the touhou wiki crying

wah I downloaded it last night! it was really easy to apply, though the DAT patch taking so long kind of scared me >_>" but it was really nice to see the game running in a language I can understand more than 10 characters XD

also, I felt the game got easier after patching '-'~ cuz like I barely could get past stage 2 before patching, and yesterday I got to the 5th stage o_O or maybe it's just rookie's luck... bah who cares? XD
