With such a explosive offense, I dont think the Broncos are an easy team to beat, perhaps the raiders are and the chiefs were easy when the season was starting, New England had a game against each team of the AFC west and they won all of them, except the one against the Chargers, they also had games again STL and Seatle. The Bills are a bit overrated too, they had a strong start but they dont have any post-season material so far, at least not in the AFC east.
San Diego had some easy games, but they also had hard games like Carolina on the 1st week, and the Broncos in the 2nd week which had the Hocculi mistake... they also went against Atlanta and Tampa Bay, being Tampa a game with a lot of pressure for the bolts.
NE's toughest games were against Pittsburgh and Indianapolis I think and they lost both, which were very important.
Its all subjective, but I still think the bolts had it a bit tougher than the pats. But then again... what would have happened if Brady had never been injured? another 16-0? another TD record? who knows...
Right now, AFC East > AFC West.
Patriots, Jets, Dolphins, Bills...come on... and the Bills didn't do so well towards the end of the season, because Trent Edwards and Marshawn Lynch were injured.
And the Broncos have one of the worst all around defenses. What was once one of the most thrilling cornerback tandems is now mediocre. They give up tons of rushing yards, and never play aggressive.
