I just noticed this guild has over 100 members and you never see any of them! I think a lot of them just join and then totally forgot about the guild or quit gaia. Looking back you see a lot of them haven't even posted once! There is this person called dylo who is vice captain. He/she only posted 2 times. I mean it's not that hard to be active. You just have to post every once and a while. You know once a month or so?
