Ridiculous
So an English sperm bank is facing shortages after reversing confidentiality laws, huh? what did they expect was going to happen. My government philosophy: if a company is a fault for their hard luck they shall recieve no bailout money.
Companies are like children, sometimes they need to fail so that they will learn their lesson. I want to know are parents going to give thier teens free money if thier teen runs out of money?
