Joe Flacco, Matt Ryan, Matt Forte, and Chris Johnson seem to be the major candidates.
So far, I'm leading towards Matt Ryan, because he is part of one of the best turnarounds that the NFL has seen. The Atlanta Falcons were at the bottom of the NFL last season, and Ryan has now got them as contenders looking not only for a playoff spot, but with a chance to win the division.

Matt Ryan, Chris Johnson, Joe Flacco. Jake Long hasn't done enough to be ROTY. Joe Thomas was second to AP last year and if not for AP He woudl have won. Thomas turned around the Browns O line, and he looked like a seasoned vet if not better, Long...not so much.

Joe Thomas was good, but not great and ROTY material. He only made the Pro Bowl because he was the only name people knew on the ballot, after all the draft publicity. An offensive lineman shouldn't win ROTY, because their impact is in the long run and not short term within one season.

geko87 It will be ryan because of the postion that he plays Well, yeah...It's easier to be ROTY when you make an impact at QB, more so than any other position. But Ryan has a better supporting cast on offense than Flacco does.
