There is speculation from draft/college experts that say the Detroit Lions should draft Matt Stafford (QB, Georgia) with the projected first pick in next year's draft. I really think that they should go after Michael Oher (OT, Ole Miss) or Andre Smith (OT, Alabama).

KTS Heres what the Lions need to do with the first round draft pick trade it 3nodding That's a possibility. I don't think they will, but they should, if they think they can get their target player in a later pick. Maybe trade up a few spots to get more.

Well I honestly thought that the Lions had their best chance to win, this week at home against the Saints, but that idea crumbled quickly. It's looking more like the Lions will go a perfect 0-16. That would truly be a significant mark for the NFL.

yeah Lions have one game left against the Packers(who knows they could beat the Packers) but I feel sorry for this team they have potential but they just play badly. Well whatever it is I will be rooting them against the Packers.

42-7 against saints one more game I actually think Green Bay is going to lose lol They suck.
But I'd love to see the Lions go 0-16 not as in a hate way but it would be interesting.

But Graham Harell probably won't be available in the second round. They should look into getting a linebacker too.

I doubt that the Lions will be able to beat the Packers next week. The Packers will be playing at home in Green Bay, at Lambeau Field, under frigid temperatures, against a dome team who is 0-15. Notice that the Packers are a year removed from going to the NFC Championship game. They are still a good team, but have lost many close games.
It looks like the Detroit Lions will finish with an NFL-record worst 0-16.

Yeah the Lions have came really close in some games(against some good teams too) Packer's haven't been playing so good this season Yeah Lions need some good linemen Culpepper is a good quarterback(not that he holds the ball too long its just that his pass protection is terrible)
But the Packers do have a good D.

But the Lions suck, and the Packers aren't such a bad team...There's a huge difference in magnitudes between close games lost.
