I play snare in my school's drumline and I have a problem. I sorda like a guy that also plays snare. He's brother is the captain. I'm afraid that if I tell him my feelings and he doesn't feel the same, that it would be really acward between the three of us. Not to mention that the other drummers will never let me live this down. Please HELP!!!!

They are not wrong, I'll tell you why:
1. Its normal, unless its another girl... 2. Think of it as dating someone in another one of your classes...their just closer to you 3. We do it in our drumline...so it really doesn't matter... 4. I dont know why someone would think bad of you just because your dating someone on the d-line...unless its a cymbal player... 5. Its PERFECTLY normal...their just closer, and you spend more time with them, thats all....just dont pick someone with a violent past, I did that once.... mrgreen
If he turns you down, and he starts to tell everyone....that means, that he is the idiot...and soon after, everyone will start gnawing on him....and if you are a really popular/well-known, then you will have no problem with people backing you up, even his brother...whatever you do, good luck... mrgreen

I am kind of for inter-drumline relationships, as long as they don't turn out horrible and awkward for everyone... Mine did stressed
I dated a bass player for a while. He was really nice, but he started turning into a over-reacting, rude S.O.B. Not even lying here! I tried to talk to him, saying that he's kind of changed, but he decides to blame ME for the reason he sucks at bass (he isn't that good by the way sweatdrop ) and for his attitude towards everyone, so we decided to call it quits. And his sister is a senior in drumline and is one of my good friends. But ever since then she doesn't talk to me unless it's about pep band music or she decides to snap at me for no reason. So that's my story... don't make the same mistakes!! sweatdrop
