Her gaze slipped over to him again. Watching. Waiting. As she watched, Azn wondered whether he was upset with her or not. Was it words cruel? She hadn't meant them to be but sometimes her words could be hurtful or foolish. Certain things are better left unsaid; however, sometimes they just came out without the slightest notice, till later when she wondered if she had offended anyone in her speech. Was he upset?
From his response, Azn tilted her head to the side. Was it true? She was reluctant to believe in his answer and yet, this stallion hadn't been dishonest to her and so, it was likely to be true. Her pale eyes looked down at her legs and then over the rest of her body. She may just be very tall. She hadn't seen the entire world yet and therefore, it was likely that there were short Soquili out there that were fully grown.
Out of the corner of her right eye, she noticed movement. Moving her head back towards the stallion, she eyed his wings with interest. In her surprise of his size, she had forgotten about his peculiar wings. Looking now at them, they reminded her of something, in a way. Butterfly wings?
"Flutter?" She whispered to herself. Azn had never encountered this kind of Soquili till now. There were many other different kinds out there then, besides regulars, winds, and unicorns. This world was so vast, there was much to see still. That pleased Azn, though, as it would give her something more to do. To explore and learn more about the world and even possibly about other Soquili kinds as well would be enjoyable. She liked to travel.
"That would mean," She paused, "you can grow as tall as I?" Then he was able to be larger. What a unique talent. As a unicorn, Azn had the talent of healing by the use of her horn but being able to fly as well as change body height, well, these flutters were special.
"Is there anything else that is special about your kind?" She could not tell whether or not there was but it was best to inquire now when she had the chance too. Who knew when she would next meet a flutter Soquili?

History-Saeran was born in a herd to a pair of older horses. He had no siblings but there were other foals around his age in the herd so he wasn't completely lonely. However, Saeran always felt distanced from the other foals. He had trouble making friends and was picked on because of it. He was more analytical than them, preferring to learn more than play. Saeran especially enjoyed following his elders around, hoping to succeed like they had.
As a young adult he was chosen as a scout. Someone to look for potential herd members as well as signs of danger and good things like new food, water, shelter, etc. The herd usually stayed in their usual parts but sometimes they had to move on to other areas because of unfortunate events. Saeran enjoyed his job, he liked it most of all because he didn't have to always be in a group and so he could enjoy himself, all by himself. Being a scout also allowed him to ignore unwanted attention from females more easily. Telling them he was too busy to settle down, raise a family.
Eventually as he reached adulthood Saeran was put into a guardian position. As a protector to their leader's daughter who had recently been born. Saeran disliked the job, the leader's daughter was downright spoiled and hard to protect. Trouble just seemed to be attracted to her. He also disliked it because along with her came other foals, playmates to her. Though truthfully, Saeran saw them as servants, doing her biding.
When it was decided amongst their elders to start scouting out new lands, in particular the notorious Kawani Lands, Saeran asked permission to go along with select others. Fortunately for him, he was granted permission. And so here Saeran is, slowly becoming acquainted with this new area. What lies here, he does not know yet but he hopes to find out.
