Spike The Super Saiyan IndianapolisColtsFan IndianapolisColtsFan Spike The Super Saiyan no hes not. mark my words he is a one hit wonder. they will keep him around 2 more years and the giants will figure out that he sucks You got your point across, "eli sucks balls". Ok. We'll just see in 2008 who's choking on their own balls. *Cough *cough, who was right and who was wrong? ohh yea and only half of the season has gone by, eli is basicly a game manager, the giants succses is brandon jacobs and the d-line. Romo is playing QB with a broken pinkie sucsessfully, lets see Eli of even your Precious peyton do that. If I'm not mistaken, Peyton Manning has had a bad knee all season, but is the largest reason why the Colts are still in the playoff hunt with a 6-4 record. Take Peyton out, and the Colts would do worse than Dallas. Also...Romo didn't even play well against the Redskins. You want to talk about a successful player carrying your team? I'm pretty sure that Marion Barber was the main reason why the Cowboys slipped past the Redskins on Sunday.

Which player has had the better career? Clearly at this point Eli Manning. He's been in the league, like 5 years. Tony Romo like, a year and a half?
Also... Who has the ring? You can say whatever you want, but whose got the Ring? Who's the one who choked against Seattle? Who lost the Manning in the Divisionals the following year?
Yeah....
Also... This is quite an old topic that has been dug up.

And not to start a new debate, but with TO getting older and the Cowboys offensive line struggling, it's looking more and more like Eli Manning will be ahead in Super Bowl rings by the end of their careers. I'm not saying that Romo can't win one, because the Cowboys can, yet Eli Manning has more upside to the long run.

I do see Eli being more a long term good QB while I see Romo being more a flash in the pan.
Cowboys won't win if Jerry Jones turns into George Steinbrenner. The NFL has had attempts at it. Remember when Daniel Snyder tried with the Redskins?!

K bout wat about this year...i've been hearin the flame on Manning is Dyin. Even though they are 10-1, i don't think Eli is fulling the Superbowl MVP Name to its fullest this year. All I hear is Brandon Jacobs and their D (and now he's injured :0). Also Romo's Back N' Wat happen, A win against Redskins (Divisional Game) and a Demolish against the 9niners.

The flame on Manning is dying? He's still young, he has his team 10-1, and he'll probably be a Giant his entire career. Eli isn't fulfilling his Super Bowl MVP name to it's fullest, because why would he need to pass as much as other QBs? The have the best rushing attack in the NFL, so there's no need to over-ly pass. What about last week though? The Giants were without Jacobs and the Cardinals were limiting Ward pretty well, but Eli Manning still torched their defense through the air.

Yeah, Eli Manning played great against the Redskins. He torched their "supposedly beast" secondary, without his top receiver. Romo played really well on Thanksgiving against the Seahawks too...but they were Seahawks. neutral
