Now now, even if we're just staying Hi and all that Pish-Posh, it is vital that you keep your small talk on the Chatterbox and just introduce yourself here. A prime example would be...
"Hello! My name is MissDeviant! I'm a rampant artist in look for some little jewels who'll critique my artwork as well as find a good outlet to a good art program! Besides that! I'm also an avid RPer as well! I'll write in just about any sort of RP aside from Sci-Fi. You name it! Pokemon, animals, super people, just regular people and all sort of magical taboo too! I don't mind doing male or female roles but just to be clear, I am a girl! But beware! I'm known to BITE when I RP so do expect the worst when you're pitted with me! If you need someone to fill a quick spot in, just hollar!"
... Well, that was just about as flamboyant as I'll ever will be. Blegh, excuse me while I go dunk my fingers in Hydrocholric acid.
But remember! Only write who you are, what you like and no more! And please, please, do no respond back to people when they introduce themselves, please do that on the chatterbox! This is just for people to see who's who and what's what. So that means, no "Hi!" or "Welcome!" or "Hey, wanna join my RP?" Save that for the PMs and the Chatterbox.
