So you came out of a woman, your mother in most cases unless there was a surrogate involved but that's a whole different subject.

And the story of a man giving birth doesn't count because he was born XX (female) and grew up a girl before becoming a man, and that's only one case and also a totally different subject.

Point is, to come out a full grown live baby you had to come out of a woman at some point, therefore a woman is the reason why you exist now.
