Personality
She's very arrogant when the situation permits, though not without intelligence. When a situation is out of her control, she knows when to flee. She has a severe sense of duty towards Konoha and the Hokage. Her loyalty is equally strong in that she would never leave any shinobi that fights along side her behind.

History
She was raised in a sheltered environment due to her almost sickly and frail form. Due to this, she was a late start in the Ninja Academy. However, her parents and relatives are decent shinobi, one cousin being a technical engineer for ninja gear and another a part of ANBU. Therefore, while at the Academy, she was never behind in class. She was always mediocre at almost everything, excelling in speed and counter arts as well as Ninjutsu due to her high chakra reserves.

She was still inexperienced when she went into the Chunin exams and there, she lost. Disheartened but not broken, she left the village for a long while, choosing to train in solitude save for occasional visits from her ANBU cousin who brought her supplies and showed her new techniques.

After returning, she's become much better than how she was. She has learned several new jutsu as well as how to properly use her weapons of choice, the Jutte.

Description: This is a basic technique known to all genin. Bunshin no Jutsu creates a clone of the user, which can used to create a diversion or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones aren't real, and thus cannot do any damage.

Name: Hinote Gakure no Jutsu, literally "Hiding Flames Technique"
Rank/ Type: D-rank / Ninjutsu

Description: This jutsu uses flames to generate more heat than usual to create distortions in the air, causing anyone within to lose the advantage of clear sight. The user is then able to use the flames and distortions to mask their movements.

Prerequisites: Must touch the ground after Hand seals are performed within 30 seconds of the technique fades. Requires the Shouyou Bakudan Gakure tattoo upon either tricep region.
Description: Chakra is molded and stored in the user's hands. Upon touching a thick surface(the best being ground) the chakra is sent into the item and the molded chakra is controlled so long as the user maintains one hand in the 'Rat' hand seal. Upon the activation command of Bakuha(blast), the chakra detonates in a small explosion that can stun or deal minor shrapnel damage.

Description: Jinsei is a Hawk-sized phoenix whose plumage is a brilliant mix of varying reds, yellows and oranges. His tail feathers are extremely long and give the impression of being alight with flames due to the rapid shimmer of color that they cause. His body is warm to the touch for the summoner and can be burning to touch, even the feathers, to anyone else.
Personality: Jinsei is very wise and tends to enjoy a decent battle. He is commanding of his summoner, usually telling them what to do to achieve his own tactics to win when then the affinity is low. As the affinity raises he becomes more and more trusting as both summoner and summon adjust to each other's battle styles.

Regardless of affinity, he will sacrifice himself to restore chakra, heal minor wounds, and clear the system of weak poisons from his summoner.

Prerequisite: Must have the Sora Sansaku tattoo upon calf and thighs. Must have mastered Water Walking and Tree Climbing techniques.
Description: Just as in water walking and tree climbing techniques, the user focuses their chakra only for this technique, the user forces it through the tattoos upon the legs. This gives the ability to grip the air very slightly, increasing maneuverability while airborne as well as allowing one to keep afloat so long as their legs are continuing to move with swift kicks in the opposite direction.
Damage: None
Effect: Drains 1 SP and 2 CP per post.

Kekkei Genkai (Clan Specialty)

Chakra Irezumi - Chakra Tattooing

The Kataki clan uses a specialized ink plus several other undisclosed ingredients to create their clan's secret. The Chakra tattooing is a form of art and chakra science that redirects the flow of chakra in a natural manner to be molded in a fashion much like handseals. This means that the handseals required for regular jutsu are lessened if the user has the appropriate tattoo for the jutsu. All that is required is a high enough level of chakra control to push the chakra through the specific tattoos adorning the body. Once this is done, the final hand seal is created by the user to release the technique.

Another way this can be used is through a method known as 'storing' where the user runs chakra through a specific tattoo and keeps the chakra molded within them until needed. However, this technique is taxing and the chakra lost through the natural bleeding of storing means the chakra being lost tends to outweigh the chakra being molded. It is prime for a team battle where timing is critical and it will only be stored for seconds at the most.

Description: When the user is at a condition of 25% SP or less, the Hansayou activates upon the next impending physical attack. This technique drains the user of their stamina down to 5% but allows them to move and react as if they have been refreshed. This move only lasts for two rounds before it fades and renders the user near unconsciousness.

Description: The jutte is a thin cylindrical weapon that tapers from the hilt to the tip, ending in a sharp point. There is no hilt for this weapon. Instead, there is a curved prong that juts from the top of the handle and extends 3 inches in length parallel with the main shaft of the weapon. The overall length is 18 inches, including the 6 inch handle.
Effect: This weapon is designed for defense in that it can be used to strip a sword from someone's grasp, break wrists, and manipulate joints. On the offensive side, it is mainly a thrusting weapon, but can be used for blunt strikes to soft areas, such as the temple. Strength is not a necessity for this weapon because it usage leverage and the attacker's weight and momentum against them.
