I have a picture that someone drew for me, but I need it colored and she won't color it...is there anyway to do it on photoshop and make it look really pretty? If yes how much would you charge>?

ummm i would do it for you. I use photoshop a lot but you just want the whole picture a different color?

No...I want to add color to a picture that doesn't have any color...she drew the picture but didn't color it
