Well, yesterday I told my mum that I was a vegetarian. She got mad. What's one to do?

Hmm, I would say try talking to her about her and ask her what exactly she dislikes about it. She is probably afraid that it's unhealthy for you. Chances are it really is unhealthy if you're still in puberty, but I really am not educated about this subject and besides different people have different opinions on it, even among scientists and doctors.
If it really matters to you and you believe it's the right thing, you should also make a research on articles by doctors and scientists that contain reasons for vegetarianism thay may convince your mother that it's actually not that unhealthy thing she believes it is.
Or even better, you should talk to your doctor about it and ask him/her what they really think and if vegetarianism is healthy or not and if it can be healthy even at your age assuming you're not adult yet. And if the doctor approves on it, then you should tell your mother to talk to the doctor about it, perhaps that could convince her that it is not a bad thing.

I did my research, and my info is from a teen-health website. All of their vegan/vegetarian diet stuff is from the ADA (american diet association, not the dentists).I also take a vegan vitamin, so I'm getting my vitamins and stuff (b12, iron, calcium, protein, c, d, e, k, a, etc.). As for my mum, she now refuses to talk to me...

If she still refuses to talk to you, then she's just being stubborn. Give her time, she's overreacting, honestly. It's not like you told her that you're off to go join the Klan or something.

She also says that she'll give me $5.00 per week to buy food to last the entire week. That gets me like two things, until the farmers market opens. crying I need some recipes for firm silken tofu right now...

She either needs to deal with the fact that you're not eating meat, or you need to confront her about it. This isn't just being irrational, this is borderline discriminatory.
