This system is a draft of what is to come. Everything isn't tidy or in an organized format, such as each section having its own post or thread, but if you can bear with it, you can see what I am going for through the details I have give. All you see is not set in stone, but is a general description of what the system I'm making is going to be like. A lot of trial and error is in store for this system, but it should be able to get refined to where it'll add a new dimension to our humbled Naruto roleplay.
