I finally have time to update this post! I decided after thinking about it for a while that I thought it was bullshit. No one should have to agree to anything sexual in writing, no matter the circumstances. It's a woman's, and a man's, right to say stop at any point in time-no matter what.

HELL ******** NO.

Because what is stopping a man from forcing a woman to sign a contract against her will anyway?

Why the hell would any woman want to sign a sexual contract to have some one night stand with any guy?

Why can't those people figure out that situations change... like for example, if a woman wanted foreplay or sexual activity, but she did not consent to getting roughed up or done things to her that she did not want being done... that is STILL rape.

That's the thing. People already assume that rape victims inherently wanted it, therefore it's not rape. This contract thinger will just make it worse for real victims.

If they're going to invent a sexual contract for women, then they should have one for men too- defining the boundaries that the woman will stop at and if a man crosses them, then he's toast.

Wait, I have a better idea. Let's not have one at all. rolleyes

That is the biggest load of bullshit I've read in a while. You can't sign a contract saying you'll do sexual acts for someone. If I hook up with a guy and start doing things, it's my RIGHT to tell him to stop if I want things to end, regardless of what I said he could have, or what I might do. What happens if a woman signs a contract, but later decides she doesn't want to go through with it? If he forces himself on her, is it not rape?

This is just another way to blame women for sexual contact they did not want, regardless of what she 'agreed' to earlier. Sure, there are a lot of false accusations, but because of society's view towards sex, and women, a ******** sex contract isn't going to solve anything. In fact, it'll hurt women more by assuming all women will accuse a man of rape.

"There could be a waiver should a man meet up with a woman who has had a couple of drinks before they engage in sexual intercourse."

"The contract may contain the name and address of the women, with her driver's licence number, so that the man can see the signatures match, clauses that state that the woman has or has not been drinking or taking drugs – licit or illicit – and that she consents to foreplay."

Im sorry but this part just kinda pissed me off so what a tipsy chick can have a one night stand but has to give the b*****d her address and s**t?! why so he can stalk her?

and a waiver for men to take advantage (sorry for the bad spelling) of a drunk woman? they are acting like all the sex problems in this world are womans fault its bullshit

I like the concept to protect males from being made rapists after the act is even done especially in states with the consent-removing laws, but I hate how it could be abused. We all know there are those people who exist out there would do go around starting up cases just to get money. I think the contract can work but it would be hard to police it and ensure it was working.

Pretty much my idea is that the male carries it. If the female and male both decide to have sex, she signs it and holds onto the paper until the end of action. However the contract would also have to say something about if she says stop that he has to. She can ask him to stop and if he doesn't stop, she can rip it up or write VOID across it to confirm that the contract has been void and he has raped her.

And if all goes well, she returns the contract. But there is still problem of forcing her to sign it, taking away the contract so she doesn't have hold of it, or she gets it from him after the act and then rips it up....however these are just my ideas overall, I wouldn't want there to be a contract. It is a good concept to protect males from wrongful accusations but it couldn't follow through due to as someone pointed out the drunkness aspect, no protection from rape during the act, or those who go out and withdrawl consent afterwards.

Overall, I believe the rights go to the person who says "no" or "stop" before or during the act whether they be the one who initiated or not. Which reminds me, anyone have a list of which states have the withdrawl of consent laws?
