You know, I've been trying to perfect a no-sew t-shirt modification process, too--but the neckline always comes out oddly. Can you recommend any other vids or tutorials that focus on the neckline more?
(And, oh, I heart Kat VonDee!)

I remember on the Tyra Banks show, they did something similar, but they left the back alone. If I had any shirts that were too big for me, I'd totally try that tutorial out, though!
