For best musical artists or something, they give you the choices of Boys Like Girls, Fall Out Boy, Jonas Brothers, and Linkin Park. Coincidentally, they are all emo (well, Linkin Park has been emo ever since that has been "in"). I find it amusing that everything that's mainstream is either rap or emo, no exceptions. Find it amusing I can't vote for Tenacious D despite Jack Black being the host. KCA has been and still is bullshit, but it's amusing to see how limited your selection is. Well, award shows are typically bullshit anyways.

Always remember: 1950s, rock & roll. 1960s: acid rock. 1970s: hard rock. 1980s: glam rock. 1990s: grunge. Bonus for rock & roll (dancing around and acting tough like James Dean) and glam rock (sex, drugs & rock!).
2000s: emo. Sadness, depression and self-injury. sad
