When it comes to chakra usages for ninjutsu you will automatically use the max amount of chakra depending on the level of the jutsu. To lower the amount of chakra you will have to train in the dojo specifically on that jutsu. The level of jutsu will determine how many words to write in order to lower it down by a certain percentage. The list following is how it will be done:


E and D rank ninjutsu: 300 words to lower by 1&#xun;til reaches min
C rank ninjutsu: 300 words to lower by 2% until reaches min
B rank ninjutsu: 500 words to lower by 2% until reaches min
A rank ninjutsu: 800 words to lower by 4% until reaches min
S rank ninjutsu: 1000 words to lowewr by 5% until reaches min
