I just hit Esc on the post and it dissapeared! %#&$!!!!
Ugh. Anyway.
I'm at what I consider to be my ideal weight, but now I just want to tone my tummy 3nodding
I don't want to be ripped, I just want something that I'd be proud to show off at the beach ^^
Of course sit ups would probably be a start, but is there anything else?
Now, I used to just throw anything I saw on my body when I was in the shower back home. Now that I'm in the dorms, I have to pick and choose for myself what to use. I'm curious as to what it is I should use on myself!
I go to the store and there's isles of shamppos for different hair. Men, women, long, short, brunette, redhead, thick, thinning, ect. ect.
I am looking for good:
Shampoo Conditioner Body Wash Soap
to shower with. I know it won't work the same for everyone, but if I can't get a specific answer to what there is for "me," then can anyone give me any clues so I can find out for myself what is out there for me? smile
If it's any help I have a thick head of hair. XD As for bodywash and soap, what's the best in your opinion?
Hell, I guess this whole topic is asking for your opinions smile What will, in your opinion, work best for me?
PS- I provided a lot of detail in my last post, but I hit Esc and it poofed! I was "ugh" so I didn't really provide as much in this one. If you have any questions, just ask 3nodding

hehe don't you hate it when things go "poof"
Soaps and body washes are two different things. Soaps can come in bars and there are some body washes that do not have soap.
From the sound of it you do not have senstivie skin otherwise you would of mentioned it. I think just go for something that smells nice. You can't go wrong with bodywashes and soap. Maybe you would like something with granuals with them (Sea Salt) its all a try an error in what YOU want.
Shampoo; don't get a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. Also smell is an important thing. too. well it is another try an error, I like to use all different things.
Toning you tummy, situps, also eating fresh vegies, and cut down on the alchol, and the wheat and carbs will also help bring down "bloating" Drink heaps of water too...

I never use 2 in 1, and I usually get Shampoo/Conditioner that are from the same company. Smell is usually the first thing I look at because, well, I have no clue what to look for besides smell heheh. ^^ Thanks for the advice smile I do situps occasionally (On and off, I guess I'll keep a routine from now on) and I definately need to start eatting more veggies D: I don't drink alchohol, and most of my liquid intake is water. I guess for the most part I'm doing ok then ^^ Eat more vegz and make a sit up routine and I'll see what happens ^^ Thanks again, and any more advice can't hurt smile I take everything into consideration.

Yay you sound like me! I'm trying forthe tummy tone as well Sit-ups are definatly a plus, along with veggies Another thing is leg lifts(they work wonders for you stomach and legs)
As for the bathroom stuff, it really is trial and error, but if your not the sensitive skin type, then i use this Suave cucumber melon stuff, and it works pretty well(smells awesome too blaugh ) As for shampoo and conditioner, its all really preference, but i use this Garnier Fruticis for Flyaway Hair(i have really thin hair, but they make it for frizzy thick hair as well, same price). And it smells pretty good. Or i used to use the Suave Moonlight Path shampoo and conditioner, it did the job. Then again it's really your preference, since shampoos/conditioner sets all come in different scents.
Good luck!

I went through a period of tummy-toning as well! whee Had to do that last summer for a cosplay (Sai from Naruto... whoo, he wears some strange clothing). Crunches. Full sit-ups can be damaging for your back. I did 25 crunches in the morning... then 25 to the left, 25 to the right, and 25 bicycles. Did the entire routine once more in the evening. It's actually not that hard to maintain at all, even for those with little to no abdominal strength. It'll make you a bit sore the first few days, but keep it up and you won't even feel it anymore. Only takes a few minutes a day, too. Two months, and I had a good enough image for cosplay, I thought. wink (btw... here's a pic I did for Sai... and then the full outfit later.)

I can't really help with the work-out thing.
As far as shower items, there really are a ton of factors.
For shampoo, do you have long or short hair? Is it colour treated? Do you use a lot of product or heat tools(hair dryer, curling iron, etc) or damaging activities(a lot of sun, ocean water, pool water, etc)? Is your hair dry or oily?
For body wash, similar. Do you have dry skin or oily? Sensitive or normal?

well, I'm a preteen who is secretly VERY self consious about how she looks. Mostly her face and stomache area. My face not so much but I wear baggy cloths to hide my figure.
know this, I'm not fat. I'm thin, but my stomache protrudes(sp) a little bit, making me feel fat. Plus i'm starting to get pimples on my face. I recommend joining a sports team, basketball, soccer. Martial Arts and gymnastics are AWESOME. I love being able to flex my muscles and do really cool things with them.
As for the shower thing, Warm water, this Waterfall Lily stuff for shampoo/conditioner(brand, I dunno, its called Waterfall Lily though, I think.) and Netrogena(sp!) body wash, or matching waterfall lily.
