49ers: are fairly Decent(could have beaten the Pats in 2001) Seahawks: Decent Cards:are fairly Decent(since what the season which they gave Niners their only wins in 2001 Season) Rams:are fairly Decent(they're not going to make the playoffs any time soon but they are fairly decent) NFC West isn't weak especially now now as for the AFC East Pats:GREAT Bills:few years from now they will be decent Dolphins:few years from now they will be decent Jets:they were good but now they suck(in a few years they will beat the Pats, maybe it will happen this year too)

The Dolphins have no where but up to go. They might not be a great team next year, but they'll be a better team overall, and will play the Patriots tough.
Chargers OK, I think not, The Chargers played very well and tough against the Patriots in the AFC championship game. You could thank the Patriots defense for keeping the Chargers offense out of the endzone on 5 trips into the red zone for that victory. Chargers will be hard for them next season as well.
The Bills might have finished 7-9 last year, but I think they will be on the rise as well. In fact, they could have easily been 10-6 last season due to 3 very close games, two decided by just 1 point, and the third, a loss to Cleveland because of massive weather situations where the game could seriously have gone either way. New England did beat them both times they played by a combined 94-17 points in both games. But with the heavy losses the Patriots have had so far in free agency, I gurantee that even if the Patriots beat the Bills both times next season, it will be by a much closer margin.
Bottom line is, Don't focus on last season, look at Free agency and where the teams are going with what they are doing. So far the Pats have had one of the roughest off seasons in free agency. They are still the favorites in the east thus far, but you'll see it won't be nearly as easy for them next season to accomplish it, If they do.

Wow... The Bills as easy? No way in hell. They're clearly on the rise and could very well upset the Patriots and take over the AFC East if you don't watch them. The Chargers as okay? No. They still have their team intact and they played the Patriots tough in the playoffs. Rams as easy? Last season, the Rams were injured everywhere. The next season will be a different ball game. Niners are on the rise. They were a pick to take over the NFC West. Nobody would have predicted the Niners offense would do so bad. You can blame the Offensive Coordinator for that. Now with Martz coming in, the team should be a lot better.

Lol, No 1 game is easy. The 1972 Dolphins (Undeafeted) and the 1976 Buccaneers(Lost every game), the Buccaneers have have just as much a chance as the Dolphins.
Same goes for This up-coming season. Those other teams have just as much chance to win as the Patriots.

From the schedule you released...
The Bills, Broncos, Steelers, Chargers, Colts, and Seahawks are all tough games. The Rams, Jets, Cardinals, 49ers and Chiefs can be moved up to "OK."

I say bring on the new season and bring football back quick!!!Cant wait wait 4 the hotwings and beer It's pretty cool that you're a Patriots fan, and look at all the positives from your 2007-2008 season, and not like most who are still sobbing over the Super Bowl loss to the Giants. New England completed one of the best regular seasons in NFL history (if not, the best), and should be remembered from that. Most Patriots fans are still bummed out about 18-1, and it must have been pretty crushing not to be "fully perfect." ...Anyways, the Bills have a good run game and talent on defense, but are lacking at QB and offensive line. Lee Evans performs either great or bad, but I think they need a solid TE to compete for the AFC East title. ...I think the Patriots should be favorites to make it far into the playoffs again. They have a great offensive line, great receivers, and, of course, Tom Brady. They took a hit during free agency, losing especially defensive backs. Also, their defensive line is lacking and their linebacker core is pretty old. I think they need to make solid strides on defense during the draft and remaining free agency.

The remaining unsigned rookies can be signed afterwards. Free agency still holds after then, too. Also, referring back to the Patriots, they need defensive backs and linebackers the most. And a defensive lineman maybe, too.
