Ive never had a problem like that with a bass amp, but my Dads guitar amp that hes giving to me picks up some crappy classical station. he lives out in a different state than me but every time i visit i hear it. i dont know what its called but i play through it a for a little while and the station slowly cuts out . but yeah.

If you are picking up radio stations, it probably has to do with your pickups, so I would apply a bit of sheilding tape to the inside of your guitar and if possible around your pickups. If that doesn't work also try sheilding your amp, mostly the imput jacks and out put jacks, but if you want you can put it all over the inside of the thing. If you still have a problem I suggest either talking to a sound tech, or buying a new bass.
If you have exposed pole pickups that's probably what the problem is and putting some sheilding tape on there should probably fix the problem, but it may affect your tone, so Experiment a little first.
