The media were all over the officiating crew. You don't hear complaints from anyone. Not even the Patriots. In XL, you heard Holgrem saying how the officiating was bad. Well, you hear none of that here. God what LT said was right. Maybe it even spreads to the fans. Well, some of them are alright, but what I'm hearing from a lot of Patriots fan.... Wow...

It's been so long since I've ranted about something here, but you ignorant jackasses have pissed me off enough. Here we go....
First of all, I'll say it: The Giants deserved to win, and no bullshit was called. That was the single fairest game called with the Patriots this year. Honestly, you Patriots frontrunners (this does not include loyal fans, please know that I respect you guys) can't stand being wrong. And to give you an idea of what was called for you all this season, I'll give you a run down. The game against the Ravens, a big debate: did Gaffney really catch it? Uh, no. He was bobbling it the whole way out. Refs gave it to him. Week 17 against the Giants, this one's a game changer. A bullshit Illegal Hands to the Face call against the Giants gives the Patriots a fresh set of downs, leading to a touchdown. I could go on, but those are two that would change the Patriots from 16-0 during the regular season to 14-2.
And I love Mike Carey. He was smart and made the right calls, maybe let a little bit slide for both teams because one little holding call could change the game completely, and well, the Patriots held a lot. So before you even try to muster the balls to say the Patriots were screwed, consider the regular season. The NFL wanted the Patriots to win. The Giants outplayed them, simple as that. So guys, shut up.
And now I will rant about Patriots fans. Haha, what did you think I was done? You should know better. Anyway, here's my description of loyal Patriots fans: Football lovers who lost respectfully and gave the Giants props for winning the Super Bowl instead of bashing them. And the frontrunners: Embarrased little jackasses who thought that it was impossible for them to lose. These kids only ocassionally watch football and root for a different team each season. And to cover up the fact that they were wrong, they make up bullshit saying the refs blew calls here and there and that the game was rigged. It's stupid.
And there is where I end it. God, ranting here for the first time this year was almost orgasmic.

I find it laughable that you claim the game was, "Rigged" that the Giants got away with several penalties the Refs didn't call, yet you gave absolutely 0 examples.
I'm not sure if you truly believe the game was rigged, if you were just upset and looking for something to point the finger of blame at, or if you knew the game was called fairly, but decided to post this just to get a rise out of some people.

Nyu-kun Heh... Seems the fans are like the coach. Sore losers. The opponents coaches all season stuck it out when they were getting beat to a pulp. Seems Belichick can't handle it when he's going to lose. Can't even stay to watch the last play. And you want rigged. Why not try that Monday Night game against the Ravens? That timeout no one called? Or rather, no person who's supposed to call a timeout called. It didn't come from the players or Billick. Heh... So don't give me that bull. The game was a good one. I doubt Carey can be bought anyway. He's a great ref. I mean, telling everyone to get off the field so the Giants can get the kneel down. Telling the Patriot players to strap up and get on the field for the Giants. Mike Carey is an awesome referee. One of the best in the game and it was his first Superbowl. Must have been a great privilege for him. He was also the first African American referee to ref a Superbowl so congratulations to him. "I agree" mrgreen But really, the game was NOT rigged, if it was for anybody it was for the Patriots (not saying it was) atleast it seemed like it during the playoffs and last few games of the regular season, but it's cool. The Giants kept there cool and won it, something no other team did this year. Eli kept his cool, didnt give up on plays, Strahan, Umenyoira, Tuck and, the rest of the Defense played phenomenal. I mean that was the Giants game from kick off, to halftime, to the trophy presentation, so anyone who says that game was a rip off, luck, rigged, DID NOT WATCH THE GAME. I am sorry but they did not watch the game. The Giants simply outplayed the Patriots, (the 18-0) Patriots. I'm sorry to anyone who says differently, but YOU ARE WRONG! Thank you. stare

beachbabe_always Hey, lets be honest. The only reason I wanted the Giants to get that last drive is becaue the Patriots play dirty and get away with it and have been getting calls all year because they are "better" then other teams. Even in this game just as many "questions" of calls could be put forth against the patriots as the giants. To be honest I still think when Brady threw an intential grounding to stop a safety. Which to be honest ended up not mattering but...the whole tempo of the game would have been different so no one knows what would have happened if that call was made. But I can't see it hurting the outcome for Giant fans. So great win Giants and I am sorry Pats....you are not not perfect, far from it. Have a great day! Good job Giants! Yea! ...To be honest, I don't even believe that there were many penalties at all. It was a fairly clean game, and the Giants got hurt by two penalties a great deal (Blackburn's 12 men on the field leading the Pats from 4th down to 1st, and Pierce's offensive pass interference leading to 1st and goal on the 1).

R.i.mm.y Sore Loser. Next time don't beat all that money. You have to lose sometimes. I don't blame them for picking the 18-0 Patriots going into the Super Bowl, because they deserved to be favorites. But I picked the Giants and knew that they would find some ways to win.
