Not enough on the action of the series, more on the school festival and relationship development. I've complained about this before, but there's not much learned other than Romeo (Romeo and Juliet) and Dorothy (Wizard of Oz) are more suited for each other than Romeo and Juliet.

EDIT: Episode 13 was awesome. Tanaka actually opened his eyes for the first time in 30 something episodes. The action was decent, so I suppose that makes up for the subpar last few episodes.
