this place has a nice selection, though I myself would probably go to anime-source or Kaizou. if you're looking for the actual dvds, you could always try the Japanese amazon.

I've already paid someone for the dubbed version of the Fourteenth Target, but none of the stores I go to has them. I was pretty sure Best Buy or Blockbuster would have them, but they don't. What's worse is that I'm forced to pay gas money whenever I want to re-check if they have it yet. I'm in serious need for help here xd

Im not in the states, so i dont really know whether you can do this but, cant you call them up to check? I mean that WOULD save a lot of money!
