I'd like to see how this looks in other's conlangs. =)

Literal translation: He that laughed finally automatic thinks not quickly/hurriedly.

Lit: One one who most slow (present) laugh also most slow (present) think.

The single one who slowest laughs also slowest thinks.

They'd be more likely to say something much less subtle, like: He's stupid.
