You pay someone to make one for you. And yea, you just tell them what you want on it and then they will do that. Then you pay them. I used to do that kind of stuff....

I'll do it. wink You pretty much tell them the picture, colors and words you want on it and then buy that image and just add guild members name and/or their avatar. People like having their avatar on the ID cards.
