The form he's usually in, where that horrible mask covers part of his face, is the time when you know you'd better steer clear. A malicious soul who revels in other's pain is what he is with one hell of a nasty streak. He loves to fight and he loves to cut down those in his way. He's a cocky one who has a good sized ego on him. He struts his stuff but you'll never see him on the topic for too long because he'd rather fight you then prattle on about himself. He's completely and totally insane and power-crazy, in other words. A good brawl now and then really gets him hyped. He wants to find someone who could match his strength and even possibly overcome it. He is totally merciless and once his bloodlust has really kicked in he'll just go totally nuts. But there is a time when a voice of reason stops this beast. You see, this kitsu is plaqued by two different persons within the same body. The mask on his face will vanish and his evil will fade.
Regular Ichigo, opposed to his hollow form, is brash but very kind. He isn't afraid to stand up for what he believes in. He's very stubborn and persistant, though, and usually won't let something lie. Usually his own feelinsg cloud what really is and he'll often just leap into action without using his head. He likes making those around him happy and is very determined to stamp out any ill-will others might possess against him or any other innocent beings. It pains him he can't really get near anyone for fear of what his hollow side might do to them, though...
