Personality: Alternating between cynical, sarcastic, cold, and occasionally downright cruel, and sort of insane… like, riddles insane… if you’re in Tosh’s Naruto Guild you might understand what I’m talking about, here…
History: Tsukiyo Akame was the cousin of Akki Yahiko. She was killed, but as she died, an incomplete resurrection technique was used on her by her mother. It was strong enough to prevent her spirit from fleeing the plane of existence altogether, but it trapped her at the same time, tying her to her body, which entered a coma-like state of stasis. Her spirit roams freely, and can even become solid, but it has no body heat when solid. She often travels through the Between which is the timeless and infinite space between the realms of life and death, which can be crossed in both an instant and millions of years, and takes up no space at all but stretches in all directions..

Her physical shell of a body lies in an unknown/undisclosed location.

Effect: Tsukiyo becomes solid, requires concentration. Can also solidify held objects.

Poltergeist

Effect: Tsukiyo expands her presence to fill the room, and causes a kind of maelstrom of attacks involving whatever is in the room, as well as her own self, solidified into shapes of claws that are only solid at the point of contact

Fade
Range: body and adjacent
FRC: 26
Effect: Tsukiyo becomes incorporeal, does not require concentration unless holding an object that is usually quite solid. Can also bring along held objects. In this state, Tsukiyo can access the Between.

Infiltrate
Range: N/A
FRC: 31, + 4 per post
Effect: Used in conjunction with Whisper or Chant. Tsukiyo takes control of the other's body for a short period of time (max: 6 posts). An abundance of willpower (Intellect), can throw off her influence.

Effect: While incorporeal, Tsukiyo connects with the Between to allow instantaneous travel.

Call Upon the Between

Effect: While incorporeal, Tsukiyo connects with the Between to collect scraps of aether left behind by passing souls in order to bring forth an object.

Drift

Effect: While incorporeal, Tsukiyo brings herself to the Between in order to heal. Restores 20% FRC per post



Death's Call:
Because Tsukiyo is essentially suspended between life and death, she is pulled in opposite directions by her anchor to the material plane (her body) and the Call of Death.

Whisper
Range: radius of ten feet from Tsukiyo

Effect: Tsukiyo allows a tiny bit of the Call she feels constantly to be perceptible to those around her, causing them to fall into a trance-like state, during which they may be susceptible to suggestion. Those with incredible willpower (Intellect) might be able to fight it. This state lasts until Tsukiyo either shields the Call from the Living again, or until she is more than fifty feet away.

Chant
Range: radius of about fifteen feet from Tsukiyo

Effect:Tsukiyo allows a small bit of the Call she feels constantly to be perceptible to those around her, causing them to fall unconscious. Those with incredible willpower (Intellect)might be able to fight it. This state lasts until Tsukiyo either shields the Call from the Living again, or until she is more than sixty feet away.

Range: radius of about twenty feet from Tsukiyo

Personality: he is one of the more liberal people in the 13. He follows orders but he doesn’t seem to mind voicing his opinion. He is really fun to be around but can be scary if backed into a corner. You wouldn’t want to run into him in a dark alley.

Creates a three by two foot long shield for defense purposes.

Hell's Pain

Creates a half dome of dark energy as an all around defense.

Shadow rising
Range- Anything within eyesight
FRC - 50
Creates a shadow figure in the area as a clone. These clones are realistic down to every detail they even share the same stats as those they are copied from. Note clones stats are half of original.
