[So named after his first victory at war. As he led his platoon to victory. Though the main reasoning behind his alias, is his lightening attacks always cause a storm to follow. Many have assumed is name Kami has something to do with it.]

Height: 6'0

Hair style: Long white unkempt hair, that extends forwards over his face to some extent, though not so much that it blinds him. Falls down to his mid back area.
Eye's: Green, almost glowing in appearance.
Body type: Dexterous, and wirey, his body is built for speed, though is still toned.
Overall description: With his long White hair and red tattoo marking below his right eye that follows his cheek down in an arc to his jaw line. He may come across as somewhat lanky, and may even look incredibly encumbered by the amount of gear he carries upon his person. A single umbrella seems to sit on top of a large scroll that hangs from his back. Five other small scrolls, that seem as though they can be easily held between his fingers, hang from his waist. His Three quarter length navy shorts make him seem more childlike in appearance. The rest of his gear however, seems to be standard for ninja, other than his puppet arms.
______________________III. Intelligence Type:
Tactical: Kami isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, though when it comes down to it, he relies on his chakra systems innate ability to detect to keep him out of trouble, and as a scouting type Shinobi he's more than capable of planing ahead.
Social: At heart he enjoys being with his friends and family, and enjoys nothing more than settling down for a game of Shougi [Japanese Chess]. And is often always on the look out for his team mates in the field.
Emotional: Simplistic at heart, and to most he comes off as your ordinary ninja who gets the job done. Though when his friends are in danger, or someone is hurt he tends to blame himself and secludes himself from others.
Overall wellbeing: Average ninja personality wise, and can easily be distracted by small things, namely his friends and comrades on missions. Though he isn't and ANBU for nothing. He has a huge resilliance to interrogation and mind traps, with an overall rating of 70% Success rate to resist Torture, Genjutsus, mind tricks etc.
______________________IV. Chakra:
Chakra Strings: Kami has an outstanding chakra string ability, he can manipulate normal chakra strings used in puppetry, and lengthen them, doing this allows him to change and weave them about into a web like form around his body. This allows him. Exactly like a spider, to pick up vibrations on the ground from distances up to 35 foot.
Also following this ability, he can mould the chakra strings into the lightening element. Thus turning them into electrical whips. Or making lightening attacks as mentioned below.
Chakra System: Kami has a normal chakra system. As well as normal chakra, though the orbs in his puppet arms allow him to charge them up and give him a reseved supply during battles.
______________________V. Kekkei genkai/ Natural abilities:
Kichigai manako – Mad Eyes.
Made eye is a puppet users dream come true. It is a glass eye designed by a great Manako user. Or puppet eye user from the Kotoamatsu clan’s elders. The reason it doesn’t class as one of the three great Doujutsus is because it isn’t a true eye or bloodline, which is fair enough. It has two basic functions, the first of which being the ability to manipulate a max of five puppets at once, summoning them from scrolls with just the glass eye. Secondly, he can control these puppets without strings. It was first introduced as a fail safe for puppet users whom may loose limbs, like Kami. He lost both of his arms and was fitted with this glass eye, soon after he was given his puppet arms.
Induced with chakra and connected by chakra coils, the person can control the glass eye rather happily, making it spin about jokingly.
It also has a third inanimate ability, sort of underlying. It can see chakra strings from opponents and him. Allowing him a significant advantage over other puppet users.
A double edged blade in this aspect, he is blind with this eye to everything other than the puppets it controls, and the strings that are connected to other puppets. Because of this blindness he needs to target things with his normal eye. Though closing his normal eye whilst in a genjutsu allows him to still have control of his puppets. He still feels what the genjutsu would do. But not see it.

______________________VI. Ninjutsu(s):
-Kugutsu no Jutsu - Puppetry Technique-
Kugutsu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to use a puppet to attack from afar. Using their body's chakra, the ninja emits strings of chakra that run from their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target.
- Chakra Nui no jutsu - Chakra Sewing Technique
The main technique used by Kami to attach his strings to people. Usually going for a full frontal attack, and faking out at the last moment as he extends his chakra strings out to about two foot to lower the rate of seeing the attack behind the attack. Kami will even take hits on purpose to attach his strings. Though the main idea behind the attack is to sew the thread through the opponent numerous times and attaching the strings to the opponent and using his lightening manipuation to send a shock directly to the opponents system.
- Keiretsu Chakra no Ito - Chakra Threads
Another of Kami's signature moves a basic ability that extends his strings outwards by about six inches from each of his fingers, the threads extended out will then weave around one another creating a web around his body. People coming into contact with the move will often feel shocked as te small electrical pullses flowing through the feild will effect the opponents nervouse system. He can also manipulate the chakra web around small parts of his body, such as around his fists.
- Raiton Tatazumai Chakra - Thunder Shaped Chakra.
Kami's favorite technique, by shaping his chakra web into the form of a sword, he can mold his chakra into electricity turning the shaped sword, into a deadly Lightening blade. Kami admits he took the idea from Kakashi, and as such, he can only use this move every few times a week or day. Though as the Chidori/Rakiri is perfected by the use of sharringan to predict opponents movements and thus make it almost unavoidable. If the opponent isn't within the fifty yard radius of his chakra field its almost impossible for Kami to make a definite hit. Almost. Kami could only perfect this technique after aquiring his puppet arms as the timing when to release moulded chakra into the blade is difficult and if misjudged [ 80% of time] the electricity will be formed to early within the arm and thus blow it off.
- Ikkou Raiton Kujo - Line Lightening Destruction.
In conjunction with his umbrellas and puppets, he lines the field in senbons all of which are somewhat magnetic. As nature states, lightening, or electrical energy is often attracted to magnets. From this idea Kami covers the field in his senbons lucky shots might actually hit the opponent upon preparation, after wards, Kami will use his lightening ability, to completely cover the field in Electricity, completely frying the opponent. Though to completely electrify the field consumes much of Kamis chakra. Less he dips into the chakra he drained previouse.
- Chakra no Tate - Chakra Shield
Kami's ars from the mid upper arm all the way to the tips of his fingers are puppet. and becauase of this he had Chakra shields installed onto his arms. This shield is created when chakra is emited in the form of a disk from panels which fan out from the puppet arms. This chakra can block many deadly attacks but some attacks.
- Chakra Extension puppet clone
Kami uses his second scroll in order to mass summon, or singular summon puppets, that take on the form of Kami or whom he choose with a simple transformation jutsu. A fail safe installed upon these puppets if compromised are self destruction.
- Chakra Extension oil puppet replacement.
Kami summons a puppet clone of himself and hides from view upon the summon, the clone puppet, normally packed with oil or suggnificant other flamable liquid will kamikaze into the opponent and attack relentlessly. The puppet summoned is highly fragile and if damaged it normally causes the whole puppet to break appart dowsing the target in oil. Though the puppet can also be used normally and detonated later.

Info: The amour covers his entire body, and without any sort of clothing to cover it, it seems as though he is a puppet himself, the long cascading mane that blends in with his own hair is the same as Sarus [mentioned below] of which allows the same steel hair defence that Saru uses. As well as being able to shift the positioning of the armour via his chakra strings that he uses to keep the the amour tightly to his body, and can also be manipulated to distance away from his form.
Another thing from this armour, it can come off of Kami and be reformed with the frame scroll to create the original puppet of Saru. Saru’s info is mentioned below.

Shell: Yew- Oddly flexable and able to take heavy hits. Also the main limbs and torso lining are made from a steel from the Takumi Village making it heavily armoured.
Metallic Frame: Imported metal from Takumi Village, basicly steel with chakra amplifying capabilities. Also incorporated into the hair.
Hair/mane: Strands of sixfoot long steel hair with needle like tips excreting poison, this can erode or eat into most metals and also poison opponents.
Arms: Installed with senbon launchers. And a Handy chakra shield.
Chakra Coils: Installed by Kami himself with his chakra system extension. Allows Kami to use Jutsu through his puppet, Sarutahiko.

Info: A hardy puppet designed by Kami in order to better his defense, scrapping his old ANBU puppets to replace it with this fine tuned one, it has each of the abilities his old five did, but more in this case, he is light weight, equipped and armed to the teeth, as well as being able to defensively help Kami out by acting as his wall. Using its long hair of steel and poison, it can cover Kami with a dome that can take explosions and ensnare weapons and projectiles, the poison the hair excretes can add to the defense by eroding weapons of basic metals. It can also act defensively by quickly adding a sharp razor like layer onto the dome.

Normally Kami can be found lazing around on the cliff sides of Konoha overlooking the village, or on route to the hidden rain to see his father. He doesn't enjoy traveling to much, even if he is best suited to do so as well as his tracking skills by following a scent. In this case. A Chakra scent.
With a constant habit of scratching his head. Or gazing p at the sky.
Family history: Kami has grown up on the Kotoamatsu estate, and because of this he is expected to take on the head of the family once his father dies, though there are three elders in the family whom see to all the needs and make sure that the familys head is a pure fighting weapon that can defend them, making them a prided family in the Hidden Rain.
Kami was never sure where his mother had left though Kami is hated by his sister, Megami, if he wasn't born, she would of taken the head of the family.
Kami during the civil war in the Hidden Rain, was killed at a young age, he was supposed to take up head of the Kotoamatsu family, his younger brothers refusing to accept his death, begged the elders of the family to use a sacred jutsu to bring him back to life, this jutsu "Kyousei joukai shinsei." This jutsu brings the dead soul back into existence and stores it in a scroll. Secondly. "Kyousei Akunochimata Joukai" Will be used to create a new body from the old one, damaged body parts the lead to the death would be reformed using limbs such as his arms. The soul is then placed within the body and resuscitated using a lightening jutsu. Kami was later given his puppet arms.

Personality/Attitude: A fiery attitude, with a love for pyroantics due to his exposure to fire works and flames with his family, he can come across as hot headed. He never sits about, and he loves to play about and impress those around him.

Appearance or Pictures: A young ninja with back hair and golden eyes. Only just turned 15, he wears his family garbs that give him great fire resistance, and amplifying effects, the clothing itself is lined with hidden pockets and such, usually the clothing he wears is generally baggy allowing easy access to any of his supplies that he has hidden. His colour co-ordination is normally of a crimson colour with gold stitching lining his clothes, a large dragon is sewn into the back to represent his families trade of fire works.

Info: The boomstick as Komakai calls it, is a long mace that is 4'5foot long, and normally drags on the ground slightly behind him. Its shell is steel, with an outside wooden layer. Over this is a net or a skin that is covered in hundreds of small orbs each holding gunpowder, the skin is replaceable. The skin and its orbs explode on contact increasing the attacking power of the Club, its immense weight and Komakai constantly having it with him means that he can wield it with ease.
Layers:
Layer 1 - Top layer is a skin that is coated in orbs filled with gun powder that explodes on contact.
Layer 2 - A wooden layer treated with anti-flame oils. Reduces the recoil caused after hits.
Layer 3 - a one inch thick steel layer that is to protect and enforce the weapon as well as put the weight required behind it.
Core Levels:
Level 1 - The core is protected by the steel shell, within is a gun powder base located near the handle. Used to trigger an explosion.
Level 2 - A small cylinder that containing a large amount of explosive material.
level 3 - The top of the levels, this section contains Kunai, ball bearings, shuriken and other such things, these are fired from the top of the Club.

Komakai Boom! - Komakai uses the seals on his armour to summon masses of explosive orbs, using his club he can propel himself great distances into the air, curl into a ball thats heavily guarded by his armour. Upon landing the orbs will create a massive explosion.
Komakai Barrage! - Using his summoning scroll he can summon mass amounts of fire works that can be launched en'mass at his opponent.
Komakai Cracker! - In close combat, using the seals on his gauntlets upon his fists. He can summon orbs, using these orbs whilst attacking causes explosive hits. Not big enough to blow holes in his opponent, but there is enough force to knock them off their feet, put them on their a**, or singe their clothes.

Background/History:
Komakai grew up into a wealthy family of firework makers, famous in the fire country for being ninja whom use their skills productively in entertainment. Komakai though took a different spin on it, he believed he could become a powerful man with the creations his family made, he may not be an official ninja yet, but he is defiantly around the Chuunin level.
The founder of his family was known as "Konohas Flaming wheel." Komakai looked up to him and the story's behind him.

List of Jutsus: (Basics: Kawarimi no Jutsu, Kage Bunshin, and Henge no Jutsu)
- Donton: Chuusuusei Biribiri- A technique where Masaki turns their chakra into an electrical pulse which is transmitted into an enemy's body by striking the ground. The electrical impulse travels up their brain stem and disrupts the flow of electricity in the nervous system. This technique only works if the ground is wet/damp.
- Donton: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu- After performing a series of hand seals and Masaki raises her chakra, she then sinks underground using her chakra. She can then move freely inside the ground, as if she was outside.
- Bakuretsu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu- A technique where Masaki creates a suicidal Kage Bunshin (shadow clone). After creating it, Masaki can cause the clone to remotely detonate and explode in combat, taking anyone immediately surrounding it out.
- Doton: Doryo Dango- A Doton (earth type) Ninjutsu technique requiring impressive Taijutsu. Masaki digs into the ground beneath then and tears out a large chunk of dirt and rock, holding it together with her chakra.
- Genjutsu Kai- A technique where Masaki focuses her chakra and screams "kai" or "release." She can perform it on herself or on others. It will effectively ward off most Genjutsu.
List of Genjutsu:
-Kokuangyo no Jutsu-A technique that effectively blinds the enemy. Total darkness engulfs them, and they can see nothing but their own body. Masaki can freely attack her enemy in this state with no tremendous worry of a counter-attack, unless the enemy is extremely talented.
-Nemuri-A technique where Masaki places her hand on her target's shoulder and forces them into a deep slumber.

-Asshou-A technique where Masaki drives her fist into her opponent while they are on the ground, crushing them and grinding them into the earth. With her impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating.
-Houshou- A technique where Masaki's palm strikes her enemy, hurling them away. With her impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating.
-Isshi Resshin Fist -With her fist, Masaki punches the ground and creates an enormous split in the earth before her.

Descriptions
Kekkei Genkai: Masaki wears an eyepatch over her right eye which hides her yellow eye. She's calls this her "Golden Tiger Eye". When activated, it can only see sources of heat if it be a person, animal, or explosion.
History: Masaki's mother died after she gave birth to her only child, Masaki. Masaki lived with her dad until she was about six. Her father stopped paying attention to her and no longer wished to take care of his child. So she left and started a new life.
Personality: Masaki always has a smile on her face. She's very clever and love's to make friends. She's an all around happy-go-lucky person. She never gives up and never gives in. She gives everything she does her all, 210%! She's a goofball and can be very weird at times. She listens to music all the time and loves fighting.

Two opening at the wrist, two at the back of the elbow, two right below the front of the kneecap, and two pockets are thin gaps under Yamata's feet. Another weapon would be the bottle-shaped throwing implements that contain several poisons, as well as the remodeled turtle puppet Kaigara 2.0, four puppets in the shape of hawks, and ten puppets in the shape of serpents. All of these puppets are contained in three seperate scrolls; Kaigara in one, the hawks in another, and the serpents in another. Poisons:Neurotoxin- Causes a paralysis of the nearest limb cut if injected, or the entire body if the poison is modified into an inhalant.Chakra decay-Saps chakra as it is released from the tenketsu points affected by the poison. Illusion- Modifies the target's mind into an illusion created by the opponent's subconcious. Physical decay- The poison aims for bare skin, attaches, and decomposes the target at a far more rapid rate then normal decomposition. Enhanced Chakra Production-For a relatively short time, the body's ability to convert stamina into chakra converts to triple the normal efficiency. After said short time, however, the user's chakra is almost completely drained from his body.Cardio-irregularity-The effect of this poison occurs roughly two minutes after contact with the skin. The neural system that determines how much blood needs to be pumped is clouded, causing the heart to randomly increase and decrease the amount of blood sent throughout the body. Poison is rarely fatal, and wears off ten minutes after contact.Appearance:  History: When Yamata first became a genin, he started an intense amount of research on poison, preferring neurotoxins to venomous poison. Through his research he had found the poison he uses now, he just needed a way of using it efficiently. Thus, he made an effort to learn Kugutsu no Jutsu, as well as to make Kaigara, his first puppet. He decided after testing Kaigara's functions, that the opponent would most likely try to get him into a range that renders his puppets useless, and found he needed to learn a way to efficiently fight close-ranged. When he thought about this, the thought of using daggers in conjunction with Kugutsu no Jutsu came to mind. During the Chuunin exams, his puppet was brought to nothingness by an explosion. After a short trip to Sunagakure, Yamata's poison research equipment and the different sections of Kaigara 2.0 were brought to Konohagakure. Thus, his neurotoxin gained a large enhancement, as he also created two other poisons. He then set to finish building Kaigara 2.0. After agreeing with his elder brother, Soujuu to give his father a chance, his brother passed onto him the scroll of serpents he had obtained. Between this time and the Chuunin Exams, Yamata had taken the time to create three more poisons, as well as coming across a process to create bottle-shaped projectiles to keep gases in, using such during battle. This Exam was the most successful for him, as he had been promoted in such. Before his promotion, but after the Exams, he had a meeting with his father. After a long talk, he agreed to train with his father, as long as he could train in Konohagakure for now, instead of Sunagakure. So, to seal said deal, his father presented him with a scroll with four hawk puppets. Personality: Fairly apathetic toward things that have no use to him, he tends to get overexcited when it comes to that which interests him. Thus, he can be annoyed quite easily if someone gets in the way of something interesting to him without something else that interests him.
