Spectators viewing a specific match, you may present yourself in the stadium that the person you wish to view is fighting in. Basically, you'd just be in the stands. Really, feel free to post there. Just don't spam it up with nonsensical OOC, please!
Only people with DIRECT PERMISSION from either a proctor or a Kage may post in the Kage's Balcony. All roleplayers are free to look, but are forbidden to post there.
For any chuunin who did not qualify for the final matches, you may put yourself on the waiting list to enter
here. DO NOT PM ME OR ANY OTHER PROCTOR. With you posting in the thread, we can see who is chronologically there first. First come, first serve.
For any participants that wish to forfeit (for whatever reason: don't like your opponent, can't be there during the week, ect.), please notify your proctor as soon as possible, and post it again

COMBATS MAY NOT BEGIN UNTIL 9PM PACIFIC/12AM EASTERN TONIGHT.
Battles will commense for a week, ending at 9PM Pacific/12AM Eastern next Sunday night/Monday morning, unless the proctor gives you direct permission to continue your battle.
Battles will consist of no more than 21 posts (not like anyone even got to 17 in the last round!), and remember, summaries are helpful to you, your opponent, as well as your proctor. The easier it is for us to read, the higher score you're going to get.
EXCESSIVE OOC WILL DEGRADE SOME OF YOUR POINTS. Please keep the OOC to the OOC thread, please.

PARTICIPANTS HAVE UNTIL NOON PACIFIC/ 3PM EASTERN ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18TH TO REPORT TO THEIR MATCHES. IF YOU ARE TARDY, YOU WILL BE REPLACED WITH AN ALTERNATE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
